When asked for your user name and password, depending on the OS you are using, you can log on as follows:
- If there are only two fields, your username needs to have
- COMPANY\<your Outlook login name>
- If there are three fields,
- (one for Domain) type COMPANY for the Domain and your Outlook username and password in the other two.
