IIA was the first private career college to start an RN school in Arizona. Because of the tremendous shortage of RNs and the long (1 to 2 year) waiting lists at other colleges, iia founded the Ethel Bauer School of Nursing. The main reason for the short or non existent waiting list at EBSN is that we require a full commitment from our students. At other colleges, the class schedule is designed around that of the student, consequently increasing waiting time and graduation time. At EBSN, students design their personal schedule around the class schedules resulting in a much shorter time from starting classes to employment as an RN. Usually less than 20 months!

Becoming an RN can offer you the satisfaction of helping others while providing you and your family with an excellent income!
